There are few people who truly should not do Skinny Up!®. Because Skinny Up!® is such an amazing detoxification process, even if there are additional health issues going on, Skinny Up!® is often supportive of restoring health and wellness. Of course, we recommend that you always chat with your primary care physician before doing Skinny Up!® to be sure that you’re being safe and healthy. The only people that should change their approach to the protocol, though, are people with Type 1 Diabetes, those currently battling cancer (especially if they’re currently going through chemotherapy), or similar situations. Things like not having a thyroid or having hormonal issues can and likely will affect the weight loss process by slowing it down a bit, but you should still be losing weight.
